Septodont Lignospan Special is a dental local anaesthetic solution containing 2% lidocaine hydrochloride with 1:80,000 epinephrine (adrenaline), designed for local or loco-regional dental anaesthesia. It is suitable for routine dental procedures requiring effective local pain control. 

Lignospan Special is formulated with lidocaine, a widely established local anaesthetic, and epinephrine to provide effective anaesthesia during dental procedures. According to Septodont, onset is less than 2 minutes for infiltrations and approximately 2–4 minutes for nerve blocks. Pulpal anaesthesia is stated to last around 60 minutes for infiltrations and 90 minutes for nerve blocks.
