AVUE AvueCal is a ready-to-use premixed calcium hydroxide paste formulated for endodontic procedures requiring effective intracanal disinfection and temporary root canal dressing. Supplied in a convenient syringe with pre-bent applicator tips, AvueCal ensures precise placement of the medicament deep inside the root canal while minimizing material wastage.
Its highly alkaline calcium hydroxide formulation provides excellent antibacterial action by eliminating residual microorganisms after chemomechanical preparation. The addition of barium sulphate offers excellent radiopacity, allowing clear radiographic visualization during treatment. The water-soluble formulation is easy to remove before obturation, making it an ideal intracanal medicament for routine endodontic therapy.
